Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do. Shipping prices vary depending on where you live.
How much is a case?
£12.50 for a 'daisy case', £15 for a custom photo case and £20 for a custom pet drawing case.
Do you do custom cases?
Yes! We have custom photo cases available for £15. Just send us a photo and we can put it on a case for you. We also do custom pet drawing cases for £20.
How long will my case take to come?
Due to COVID-19, shipping times are unpredictable. The following estimations are rough time periods, but we cannot guarantee you will receive your case within the time given.
UK: 3-10 business days (average time is a week)
Europe: 2-4 weeks
Outside of Europe: 2-6 weeks
Each country's shipping time varies, but these are the average times that previous orders have taken to arrive. Please see our shipping policy for more details.
How do I amend my order?
Email us ASAP! If you have any changes you would like to make, in regards to your order, or contact/ shipping details, please email us. There is a very quick turn around for making and packaging your case, so you must contact us as soon as possible, to ensure you get any changes you would like fulfilled, before your case is shipped off.
If you would like to change your order, and you contact us before your case has been made, then these changes will be fulfilled free of charge. However, if we have made your order, there is a £3 charge for swapping the case you would like.

My case arrived damaged, what should I do?
If the case you have received is faulty upon arrival, or breaks within 30 days of receiving it (through no fault of your own), then you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement case. You will have to send us photographic evidence of your faulty case- if you don't send proof, then we cannot refund you.
How do I order the case I want, for the phone that I have?
Our website is organised by design. If you see a design you like, you click on the product and select the phone model you have at the 'phone' drop down bar. You then select the case border colour, and any colour preferences you have for the design you choose. Custom cases have different instructions. Please read the instructions carefully when ordering a custom case.

How do I track my order?
If you have paid for tracking, then a tracking number will be sent out to you, along with your shipping notification email/ text. To track your parcel, you have to click on the tracking number provided. Please understand that once your cases have been sent off, we cannot do anything to speed up its delivery.
How do I know what phone I have?
Please see our 'What's my phone model?' page to check which phone you have, to ensure you order the correct model.
I got the wrong case, what do I do?
If you have received an incorrect case, that is an error on our behalf, then we will send out a new one for free or fully refund you.
However, if the case is incorrect, due to you ordering the wrong one, then no refund/exchange/replacement can be issued, as this is an error on your behalf, not ours. You will have to reorder if you want a new case.
Where do you get your supplies/ how do you make your cases?
There is a tutorial on both our Tik Tok accounts (@daisyscasesofficial & @daisyscases) on how we make our cases, but we do not answer these types of questions anymore.
