Returns and Refunds Policy

If you have received a faulty case (i.e. damaged / breaks) or you have received an incorrect case / design, email us with a photo and description of the problem. You have 30 days upon receiving your case to contact me, after this, no refund or replacement case will be issued. This only applies if: the case damage isn't caused by you; you didn’t select the wrong case / design when ordering. After this 30 day period, we are no longer liable for any problems with your case. Sale purchases cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless the item is problematic (and it isn’t your fault) upon arrival. If you have entered your address incorrectly upon ordering, we are not liable if we ship your parcel off and you do not receive it.
