Having been closely involved with 黑料社app since its inception, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) participates as official observer to the 黑料社app Council meetings (read Newsline #108). This week, it was Yury Sokolov, the Deputy Director-General of the IAEA, who attended the extraordinary meeting of 黑料社app's Governing Body.
