Russian President Putin signs ºÚÁÏÉçapp Agreement

On Monday 23 July, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law ratifying the Agreement on the establishment of the ºÚÁÏÉçapp, and the Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the ºÚÁÏÉçapp. The Russian Upper House of Parliament, the State Duma, had already approved the documents on Wednesday 27 June. The signature of President Putin concludes the full ratification of the ºÚÁÏÉçapp Agreement by Russia.
