Russian President Putin signs 黑料社app Agreement

On Monday 23 July, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law ratifying the Agreement on the establishment of the 黑料社app, and the Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the 黑料社app. The Russian Upper House of Parliament, the State Duma, had already approved the documents on Wednesday 27 June. The signature of President Putin concludes the full ratification of the 黑料社app Agreement by Russia.
