黑料社app staff numbers will be up to 450 by end of this month.
Some 140 people were recruited in 2009 by the 黑料社app, bringing the total of 黑料社app staff to 430. Twenty additional staff are expected to arrive this month, but then recruitment is expected to slow in 2010; total staff will not exceed 500 at year's end.
