2025-06-23 - An early start to the day for dozens of participants to the International Yoga Day event on the ºÚÁÏÉçapp site. Hosted by the newly established Consulate of India in Marseille, in cooperation with the ºÚÁÏÉçapp, the event was organized before the start of the workday on Monday 23 June.

2025-06-20 - Just one day ahead of the summer solstice, ºÚÁÏÉçapp staff gathered for a summer luncheon party. It had been a busy week, with a meeting of the ºÚÁÏÉçapp Council, the lifting of a second "segment" of the vacuum vessel into the tokamak pit, and a semestrial all-staff meeting offering the opportunity to ask questions, and receive answers, about project status and plans for the future.

2025-06-19 - The Thirty-Sixth Meeting of the ºÚÁÏÉçapp Council concludes on 19 June 2025. The Council welcomes continued strong project execution and recent construction milestones, including the insertion into the assembly pit on 18 June of a second vacuum vessel module.

2025-06-18 - The second of nine modules required to form the ºÚÁÏÉçapp plasma chamber is installed in the tokamak assembly pit on 17-18 June 2025. Sector modules #7 and #6 are now side by side in the pit, with 15 cm between them.

2025-06-16 - At the 2025 World Expo in Osaka, Japan, a steady stream of visitors is learning how a collaboration of 33 countries is building the largest tokamak in the world.

2025-06-14 - For the third time, ºÚÁÏÉçapp was back again at Viva Technology¡ªan annual conference in Paris that gathers startups, investors, decision-makers, executives, and media for an event focused on innovation. AI, innovation in health and medicine, the future of work, cybersecurity, quantum technologies and fusion energy were at centre stage.

2025-06-13 - French Prime Minister Fran?ois Bayrou visits the ºÚÁÏÉçapp stand at VivaTech 2025.

2025-06-10 - Commonwealth Fusion Systems (USA) is the first private sector initiative to join the International Tokamak Physics Activity (ITPA) after it completes all the steps of a formal process introduced earlier this year. Joining the ITPA's fusion research activities was one of the foremost requests made by private sector initiatives during the ºÚÁÏÉçapp public/private workshops.

2025-06-09 - Photographs of ºÚÁÏÉçapp by French artist Camille Moirenc are now displayed at the Gare de Lyon¡ªthe train station in Paris that you would frequent if you were heading out of the city to points south like Lyon, Avignon, Marseille, Nice, or Barcelona. 2025-06-09 - ºÚÁÏÉçapp Director-General Pietro Barabaschi takes part in the Korea Fusion Energy Development Forum in Daejeon on 9 June. He hails Korea's contributions to the advancement of fusion energy through it domestic development program as well as through its contributions to ºÚÁÏÉçapp and other international collaborations. ¡°We're working to accelerate commercialization by combining fusion expertise from Korea and other key nations.¡±

2025-06-09 - The sixth central solenoid module sent by the US Domestic Agency and its partner General Atomics to ºÚÁÏÉçapp has been unloaded in the port of Fos-sur-Mer. It will arrive on site at the end of the month.

2025-06-06 - The European Domestic Agency hands over the completed Fast Discharge and Switching Network Resistor Building to the ºÚÁÏÉçapp in June. The facility will house fast discharge resistors, designed to protect ºÚÁÏÉçapp¡¯s magnets in case of a sudden loss of superconductivity. ?F4E

2025-06-04 - On 4 June, the Cooperation Agreement between the ºÚÁÏÉçapp and the National Nuclear Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan (NNC RK), originally signed in 2017, was officially extended and updated. The updated scope includes the exchange of scientists and experts, as well as scientific and technical cooperation related to the ºÚÁÏÉçapp project.
