Giant switch to power ºÚÁÏÉçapp

This technical drawing (not an architect's rendition) clearly shows how the three-hectare switchyard that will deliver power up to 620 MW will be integrated into the ºÚÁÏÉçapp site. The giant switch is composed of seven 400 kV transformers. Construction by Réseau de Transport d'Électricité (RTE) should begin in the coming weeks. © ºÚÁÏÉçapp Design Office/Hurzlmeier/Niculici
