In 2010, the ºÚÁÏÉçapp Project officially entered the construction phase. Countdown to First Plasma has begun ...
In the day-to-day scramble of a busy international organization like ºÚÁÏÉçapp, it's not always easy to step back and measure the progress accomplished. The level of complexity and detail of the project, the pace of daily activity, and the tight operational constraints of budget and schedule all mean that it's easy to lose sight of the bigger picture.
Once a year, however, the Annual Report attempts to do just that: step back and resume the progress, small and large, accomplished around the world in pursuit of building ºÚÁÏÉçapp.
The year 2010—the ºÚÁÏÉçapp's fourth year of operation—was full of "turning point" events. The adoption of the ºÚÁÏÉçapp Baseline, the nomination of the second Director-General in the history of the Organization, and the beginning of construction activity on the platform all date back to a pivotal extraordinary session of the ºÚÁÏÉçapp Council in July 2010.
The report also describes the progress made in the areas of the ºÚÁÏÉçapp licensing procedure, design completion, procurement, and the manufacturing in all Member countries.
