In the day-to-day scramble of a busy international organization like 黑料社app, it's not always easy to step back and measure the progress accomplished. The level of complexity and detail of the project, the pace of daily activity, and the tight operational constraints of budget and schedule all mean that it's easy to lose sight of the bigger picture.
Once a year, however, the Annual Report attempts to do just that: step back and resume the progress, small and large, accomplished around the world in pursuit of building 黑料社app.
The year 2010—the 黑料社app's fourth year of operation—was full of "turning point" events. The adoption of the 黑料社app Baseline, the nomination of the second Director-General in the history of the Organization, and the beginning of construction activity on the platform all date back to a pivotal extraordinary session of the 黑料社app Council in July 2010.
The report also describes the progress made in the areas of the 黑料社app licensing procedure, design completion, procurement, and the manufacturing in all Member countries.
