Contract Description
The In Vessel Viewing Port Extension (IVV-PE) connects the Vacuum Vessel (VV) to the cryostat (CR) and propagates the primary vacuum from the VV to the outside of the CR into the so-called port cells.
The procurement includes six IVV-PE (6m*1m*1m) of 20mm SS304L bended plates, and consists in:
• procuring the raw material (according to IO specification),
• machining the flanges and plates,
• welding IVV to flanges and bellow, (Note: bellows are procured by the IO),
• verifying the welded assembly with Non Destructive Tests (NDT),
• baking the final assembly (200°C, 24h),
• helium leak testing the final assembly,
• Packing and delivery.

Contract Description
This contract focusses on the Feedthrough Connectors (including related cabling) of the overall Ex-Vessel Electrical Services. The feedthrough connector assemblies are complete electrical harnesses originating in bulkheads with groups of custom or COTS bulkhead connectors (circular or D-type) and generally terminated several meters away with cable termination crimps. The harnesses may include one or multiple cable sub-assemblies, with halogen free high temperature insulation such as polyimide, and overall layers of mechanical, fire, dust and electrical screening.
The ºÚÁÏÉçapp needs specialist engineering services and supply in order to successfully support the final design of these connector assemblies by executing and documenting prototyping and testing activities; and subsequently, preparing and performing the manufacturing on time and to high levels of quality

Contract Description
The Integrated Blanket, Edge Localized Mode (ELM)/Vertical Stability (VS), and Divertor Primary Heat Transfer System (IBED PHTS) provides cooling services by supplying demineralized water to the plasma-facing components (Blanket Modules and Divertor Cassettes) within the Vacuum Vessel. It also provides cooling water to the ELM and VS coils and to the various clients in the upper, equatorial, and lower ports. The IBED PHTS supplies cooling water to five cooling loops (three First Wall/Blanket Loops, one Divertor Loop, and one Equatorial Port Loop) via a set of eight main pump/heat exchanger trains. The IBED PHTS is designed to provide the primary confinement for Activated Corrosion Products and tritium entrained in the cooling water outside the IBED PHTS clients and maintains leak tight integrity during alloperating modes. The scope includes the material, design, fabrication, inspection, examination, testing,certification, qualification and preparation for delivery of the Eight (8) IBED PHTS MainPumps (tag No. 26PHBD-PL-1910 through 26PHBD-PL-1980) that provide cooling water tothe IBED PHTS clients during different modes of operation.

The scope of work required in order to integrate and prepare the Cassette Assemblies (CAs) and other items for the Divertor ready for installation in the Tokamak machine includes and not limited to:

• Acceptance Tests of the Free Issue Items and Cassette Body;
• Integration of the Free Issue Items and Cassette Body to form the Cassette Assemblies;
• Factory Acceptance Tests of the Cassette Assemblies;
• Kinematic testing of the Cassette Body movable parts;
• Support to Functional Tests of diagnostics; (The Integrator is only responsible for providing basic services and support (water, electricity, time and space) for the performance of the functional tests of the diagnostics. IO is responsible for performing the actual functional tests of the diagnostics, which consist of electrical tests, optical alignments and temperature response tests.)
• Customization, welding and testing of cooling pipes on Cassette Assemblies,
• Cleaning, packaging and delivery of the Cassette Assemblies to IO, and
• Storage of Free Issue Items and Cassette Assemblies (as needed).

This scope of work will be organized into Stages. Profession experts, technical skills required and equipment planned for this scope of work includes and not limited to:
• Engineering skills;
• Project Management skills
• Manufacturing and Assembly skills such as welding, milling, and customization and bending of mechanical parts;
• Equipment like 5 axis milling machine.
